How A Logistics Company Replaced Phone-Call Dispatch With A Live Control Room
Fleet operations were running on phone calls and spreadsheets. We built the live control room the dispatchers never had.
01 — Context
The Situation
A logistics operator was running dispatch out of phone calls, WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets. Dispatchers had no live view of the fleet, drivers took route updates by call, and customer ETAs were educated guesses.
02 — Diagnosis
The Problem Was Not The Fleet, It Was The Blind Spot Around It
Before RapidCode:
- Dispatchers could not see where vehicles actually were in real time
- Route decisions were made by memory and phone calls, not data
- Customers had no reliable ETA, so support calls piled up
- Fuel and time waste were invisible until the monthly review
03 — Strategy
Our Approach
We did not add another tracking app. We built the control room the dispatch team was missing, and made every route, driver and delivery visible in one place.
Streamed live GPS positions into a single dispatcher-facing control room
Layered a routing engine that factors traffic, distance and load in real time
Pushed live status updates to customers so support stopped chasing ETAs
Instrumented driver and route performance so bottlenecks became obvious
04 — Judgement
Why We Made These Decisions
Why we built dispatcher-first, not driver-first
Drivers already had a routine. The real leverage sat with dispatchers making dozens of decisions per hour. Fixing their surface fixed the whole operation.
Why customer ETAs shipped in v1
Support load was a symptom of missing visibility. Showing customers the same truth killed the 'where is my delivery' calls on day one.
05 — Shift
Before vs After
- —Phone-call dispatch with no live location data
- —Routes decided by intuition, not traffic or load
- —Customers calling support for basic ETA updates
- —No performance visibility across drivers or routes
- Live GPS control room used by dispatch every hour of the day
- Traffic and load-aware routing built into every trip
- Customer-facing tracking that removed the ETA support load
- Analytics highlighting driver and route bottlenecks
06 — Outcome
Business Impact
Delivery delays reduced by 35%
Meaningful drop in fuel spend from smarter routing
Support volume around ETAs collapsed
Foundation for expanding the fleet without adding dispatchers

Internal Dashboard
A growing company was drowning in spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Teams were duplicating work, leadership had no real-time visibility into operations, and critical data lived in silos across email threads and shared drives. We consolidated their operations into a single internal dashboard that automated repetitive tasks and gave leadership real-time visibility into key metrics. The dashboard included role-based access so each department only saw what was relevant to them, automated weekly reports that replaced hours of manual data gathering, and a task management layer that kept teams aligned on priorities. After launch, the company reported saving over 15 hours per week in manual work and cited the dashboard as a key factor in scaling their operations without adding headcount.

A B2B SaaS company was flying blind on user engagement. They had basic server logs but no structured way to understand how customers were using their product, which features were driving retention, and where users were dropping off. We built a custom analytics dashboard that visualizes key metrics like daily active users, feature adoption rates, session duration, and churn signals, enabling the team to act on data instead of guessing. The dashboard includes automated alerts when key metrics dip below thresholds, cohort analysis for tracking user behavior over time, and exportable reports for board presentations. After implementation, the team identified churn patterns early, made targeted product improvements, and saw retention improve by 22% within two quarters.

Levant Solar: Solar Module Manufacturer
Levant Solar is an IEC R-59000094 certified solar module manufacturer based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, producing high-efficiency panels for residential, commercial, and utility-scale installations. They needed a website that matched the scale of their manufacturing facility and built trust with serious B2B buyers, EPC contractors, and distributors. We designed and built a corporate site anchored by a cinematic factory-floor hero carousel, a bold red accent system on a deep navy palette, and prominent certification badges that signal credibility from the first scroll. The site features structured product pages for the full module lineup, an About section that tells the manufacturing story, a Contact flow optimized for quote requests, and a sticky Request Quote CTA in the header that keeps conversion one click away on every page. The result is a manufacturer site that feels enterprise-grade, communicates technical capability instantly, and turns curious visitors into qualified leads.
