    The Situation

    A logistics operator was running dispatch out of phone calls, WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets. Dispatchers had no live view of the fleet, drivers took route updates by call, and customer ETAs were educated guesses.

    Why We Made These Decisions

    Drivers already had a routine. The real leverage sat with dispatchers making dozens of decisions per hour. Fixing their surface fixed the whole operation.
